what my phone needs is
a built-in breathalyzer

lock up my keypad
or power off my cell phone
all would sleep better

I think everybody should have really good friends who prevent drunk dialing or a phone with a built-in-breathalyzer. Those phone calls are costly! Oh for texts too!!! I have sent more than a few drunken text messages in the wee hours. Hell, I might be drunk now! LOL! sigh.
